The higher we got the more limited the menus had become in the lodges so
Bree had decided to stick to that one soup, while the rest of us chose dal bhat soup, pasta with yak cheese,
or momos, which were juicy, bite-sized dumplings with a steamed bun stuffed with vegetables and served
with chili sauce.
